If a hike up a permanent stream through a gorgeous desert canyon appeals to you, then you'll like this hike.

West Beaver Creek is off the I-17 exit 298 to the 179 at the Sedona exit. Turn east away from Sedona and continue over 2 miles to the Wet Beaver Creek Trailhead Parking area, located on the left side of the road. Basic,  non-plumbed restrooms facilities are available at the trailhead, and also at the campground and creek-side parking areas, approximately a half-mile further along the 179. There are no fees to use the park. Walking along the easy, three mile Bell Trail, near the base of West Beaver Creek Valley (east of Sedona) it is hard to imagine the twenty-foot high sandstone cliffs and deep turquoise pools waiting for you up ahead! If you are looking for a swim hole, this is the place to go. View
