ufficient training through on-line learning, manuals and focused training sessions for our Camelback district leadership team are always available to help YOU, our volunteers, understand the position in order to support to the effectiveness of our district.

 

Committee and team meetings are held monthly as we collaborate together and identify what we need to do to serve the 150 Units in Camelback, in order to provide a quality, fun-filled program for our Scouts. As district leaders, we understand the whys and hows of Scouting,and what we can do to help Unit leaders be more effective in their roles (camping, training, civic service, membership, finance and advancement).

As trained leaders we work together to understand and access the resources available to provide an exciting and worthwhile program for the Scouts at the Unit level. Lastly, trained leaders also grow to have the confidence in working together to ultimately build strong leaders, develop character, and personal fitness for the Scouts and leaders in the Units we serve.

 

So if collaboration, connection, commitment and continued service along with your love for Scouting to our 150 units in Camelback District interests you. . .
